Was my grandmother's house. After my grandmother passed away, it seems my father was managing it, but my father also passed away 10 years ago. I believe the household furnishings remain as they were. There is forest behind, a shed in front, and a field some distance away. / I'm requesting an as-is transaction, so the price only covers procedure costs and commission. It was left untouched after photos were taken several years ago, but recently we mowed the grass. After several years have passed, the shed was half-collapsed. The house may also be getting dangerous, and I think it's probably uninhabitable. I'm requesting an as-is transaction. / Current condition: Both the house and shed have belongings remaining inside unchanged.
