Full description
This property was built by my parents in 1977. My father, who lived alone, passed away 5 years ago, and I have since managed the property with monthly maintenance including room cleaning and garden upkeep. Since no family members wish to inherit it, I am now considering selling. The house is in sufficiently livable condition. While connected to municipal sewer, the water supply uses groundwater pumped from a well. There is parking for one car, and an adjacent ~133㎡ plot is suitable for home gardening. Large supermarkets and convenience stores are within a 10-15 minute walk. Electricity, water, and oil heating are immediately operational. The property is surrounded by other houses, providing good wind protection during typhoons, I use it as a typhoon shelter myself. Located on a slope at approximately 20m elevation, it is naturally resistant to flooding and other disasters. However, due to its age, some flooring and other areas show deterioration requiring repairs at several locations.
