My wife inherited this property. Recently, we disposed of all furniture and emptied the house. It was newly built in 1977, but underwent roof-tile and overall renovation work in 2004. Since the house is now empty, move-in is possible at any time. In 2015, the electric water heater for the bath was replaced with a new one (allowing bathing at any time using night-rate electricity). There is a storage shed about 5 tatami mats in size right next to the house. The residential land is 61 tsubo. Additionally, there is miscellaneous land of 65 tsubo about 5 minutes by car away. This miscellaneous land can be used for multiple purposes such as a home vegetable garden or dog run. The miscellaneous land is also planned for future purchase by the prefecture, so compensation income is expected. (The amount is to be determined through negotiations with the municipal office.) Buildings can be constructed on the miscellaneous land, but coordination with the municipal office is necessary. The sale price includes both plots of land and the building. / Goto Udon Village is just a 1-minute walk away; Arikawa Port Terminal is a 3-minute walk. Supermarkets, municipal office, junior high school, medical center, kindergarten, and elementary school are all within walking distance. The famous Hamaguri Beach is 2 km away; high school is 5 km away. The location has excellent convenience and all the necessary infrastructure. Daily shopping, children's commuting to school, and visits to the municipal office are all within walking distance, making it more convenient than an urban area. You can enjoy a beautiful sandy beach for swimming and fishing. Being on an island, travel from Arikawa Port or nearby ports to Nagasaki or Sasebo requires ferry transport. However, high-speed ferries are available, making the trip possible in approximately 1.5 hours.
